- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

- Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or strikes.

- Standard shipping: R80
- Free shipping on orders over R650
3. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Each Whimsy Box is packed securely to protect its contents during transit.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package through the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
- Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors like weather, customs, or courier issues.
